An auto transport company that answers the phone
Shipping a car means handing the keys to someone you have probably never met. We try to make that easy. You get a straight price, a realistic pickup window, and a dispatcher who knows where your vehicle is.
USA Auto Movers runs a car hauler service for people moving to a new state, students heading to college, snowbirds, military families, dealers buying at auction, and collectors buying a car they have never seen in person. Whether it is one car or a full load, the process is the same: we confirm the details, assign a vetted carrier, load your vehicle with a written condition report, and deliver it to the address you gave us.
Our vehicle transport services
Open auto transport
The standard way to ship a car. Your vehicle rides on a multi-car hauler, the same trailers that deliver new cars to dealerships. Fast to schedule and the most affordable option.
Open carrier detailsEnclosed auto transport
For classic, exotic, luxury and low-clearance vehicles. Your car travels inside a covered trailer, protected from weather and road debris.
Enclosed carrier detailsDoor-to-door delivery
Where the driver can legally and safely get a truck, we pick up and deliver at your address. If a street is too tight for a full-size hauler, we agree on a nearby lot.
See all servicesDealer and auction transport
Regular lanes for dealerships, wholesalers and fleet managers, including auction pickups from Copart, IAA and Manheim.
Dealer shippingRunning and non-running cars
Cars that do not start can still be shipped. We send a truck with a winch and plan the load around it. Tell us up front so the price is right.
Inoperable vehiclesRelocation and snowbird shipping
Moving for work or heading south for the winter? We schedule around your date and can ship a second or third vehicle at the same time.
How scheduling worksWhy people choose USA Auto Movers
Most complaints about auto transport come down to three things: a quote that was too good to be true, a pickup date that kept slipping, and nobody picking up the phone. We build the business around avoiding all three.
Honest pricing. The quote we give is based on distance, vehicle size, season, route and carrier type. If something changes, you hear about it before it changes, not after.
Vetted carriers. Every driver we dispatch is checked for active operating authority and cargo insurance before they touch your car.
Documented condition. Your vehicle is inspected and photographed at pickup, and the same inspection is repeated at delivery. That paperwork is your protection.
How car shipping works with us
Request a quote
Fill in the form above or call us. We need the pickup and delivery locations, the vehicle, and your ideal dates.
Confirm and schedule
Once you accept the price, we assign your vehicle to a carrier running your route and give you a pickup window.
Pickup and inspection
The driver calls ahead, inspects the car with you, notes any existing marks on the bill of lading, and loads it.
Transit and tracking
You can reach dispatch for an update at any time. Drivers usually call 12 to 24 hours before arrival.
Delivery
Inspect the car at drop-off, sign the bill of lading, and pay the remaining balance as agreed. That is it.

Common questions
How much does it cost to ship a car?
It depends mainly on distance, vehicle size, open versus enclosed, and the time of year. Our car shipping cost guide explains each factor so you know what you are paying for.
How long does auto transport take?
A coast-to-coast trip usually takes about 7 to 10 days once the car is picked up. Shorter routes are often 2 to 5 days. Weather, road closures and driver hours can move that either way.
Is my car insured during shipping?
Yes. The carrier's cargo insurance covers your vehicle in transit, and we confirm coverage before dispatch. Details are in our Terms & Conditions.
