Coast to coast usually takes 7 to 10 days after pickup. Shorter trips are often 2 to 5 days. Pickup typically happens within a few days of your first available date.

Yes. The carrier's cargo insurance covers your vehicle while it is in their custody. Personal belongings inside the car are not covered. See our Terms and Conditions for details.

You or someone you trust, 18 or older, should be present to inspect the vehicle and sign the bill of lading at both ends.

We recommend against it. Federal rules and carrier insurance generally do not cover household goods, and extra weight can lead to extra fees. Remove valuables and loose items.

Open carriers are uncovered, affordable and widely available. Enclosed carriers have a roof and walls, cost more, and are used for classic, exotic and luxury vehicles.

Yes. Tell us when you request a quote so we can send a truck with a winch. Inoperable vehicles cost more to move.

Usually, yes. If the street cannot fit a full-size carrier, the driver will meet you at a nearby safe location such as a large parking lot.

About a quarter tank is enough. A full tank adds weight and is not necessary.

Note the damage on the bill of lading at delivery before signing, take photos, and contact us right away. We will help you start a claim with the carrier's insurance.

Payment terms are confirmed when you book. Commonly a deposit is paid to us and the balance is paid to the driver on delivery. We tell you exactly what is due and when before you commit.
