Open auto transport

Open carriers are the trailers you see on the highway carrying six to ten cars at once. They are the most common and most affordable way to ship a vehicle, and because there are so many of them on the road, pickups tend to be quicker to schedule. Your car is exposed to the elements the same way it would be if you drove it, but it is not putting miles on the odometer. More about open transport.

Enclosed auto transport

An enclosed trailer shields the vehicle from rain, sun, road grit and prying eyes. It costs more and there are fewer trucks available, so booking early helps. We recommend it for classic cars, exotics, high-value luxury vehicles, race cars and anything with very low ground clearance. More about enclosed transport.

Door-to-door car shipping

For most routes the driver comes to your address and delivers to the destination address. Large trucks cannot always enter narrow streets, gated communities with height limits, or some downtown blocks. In those cases the driver will meet you at a nearby parking lot with enough room to load and unload safely. It is a common request and almost never a problem.

Non-running and inoperable vehicles

A car that will not start, will not steer, or has no brakes needs a truck equipped with a winch and a driver who has done it before. Always tell us the vehicle's condition when you request a quote. It affects which carrier we send and the price, and finding out at pickup causes delays for everyone.

Dealer, auction and fleet transport

If you buy and sell vehicles for a living, you need predictable pickup times and paperwork that matches your title and invoice. We move cars from auction yards, trade-ins between dealerships, and fleet vehicles between branches. Ask about multi-car loads and recurring lanes.

Classic, exotic and luxury car shipping

High-value vehicles get enclosed carriers, drivers who are comfortable with low-clearance loading, and a more detailed pickup inspection. If you are buying a car from a seller in another state, we can coordinate directly with the seller so you do not have to be there.

Military and relocation shipping

PCS orders and job relocations come with fixed dates. Tell us your deadline and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met on your route and budget.

SUVs, trucks, vans and oversized vehicles

Lifted trucks, dually pickups, cargo vans and extended SUVs take more space on a trailer. Give us the dimensions and any modifications so the quote reflects the real size.
