From first call to delivery, here is what to expect.
1. Request your quote
Send the pickup and delivery locations, the year, make and model of the vehicle, whether it runs, and your first available date. We usually respond the same business day.
2. Accept and book
When the price works, you confirm the order. We send your booking details and start matching your vehicle with a carrier on that lane.
3. Carrier assigned
We assign a vetted driver and give you a pickup window. Most pickups happen within a few days of the first available date, depending on the route and season.
4. Prepare the vehicle
Wash it, empty it of personal items, leave about a quarter tank of fuel, and make sure there are no leaks you have not told us about.
5. Pickup and inspection
The driver calls ahead. You or someone you appoint walks around the car with the driver, notes existing damage on the bill of lading, and signs it. Keep your copy.
6. In transit
The vehicle travels on the carrier. Contact dispatch at any time for a location update.
7. Delivery and payment
The driver calls 12 to 24 hours ahead. Inspect the car against the bill of lading before you sign. Note any new damage on the paperwork at that moment, take photos, and pay the remaining balance as agreed.
Documents you may need
- A photo ID for whoever hands over or receives the vehicle
- Keys, including any special key or code for the vehicle
- Your copy of the bill of lading
