1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of usautomoverss.com and to vehicle transport services arranged by USA Auto Movers ("we", "us"). By requesting a quote or booking a shipment you agree to them.
2. Quotes
A quote is an estimate based on the information you provide, including locations, vehicle details, condition and dates. If the information is wrong, for example the vehicle does not run or has modifications not disclosed, the price may change.
3. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when you accept the quoted price. Payment terms, including any deposit and the balance due on delivery, are stated at booking. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed with you directly.
4. Pickup and delivery windows
Dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, mechanical trouble, traffic, road closures, driver hours-of-service rules and other events outside our control can cause delays.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate vehicle and contact information.
- Be present, or have an authorized adult present, at pickup and delivery.
- Inspect the vehicle and sign the bill of lading at pickup and delivery.
- Remove personal belongings. They are not covered by cargo insurance.
- Disclose leaks, mechanical issues and modifications.
6. Insurance and claims
Vehicles are covered by the carrier's cargo insurance while in the carrier's custody. Coverage limits vary by carrier and are available on request. Insurance does not cover pre-existing damage, mechanical failure, personal property inside the vehicle, or damage caused by acts outside the carrier's control. To make a claim, note the damage on the bill of lading at delivery before signing, photograph it, and notify us promptly. Your own auto policy may provide additional coverage.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel before a carrier is dispatched. Cancellation terms, including any deposit refund conditions, are confirmed at booking. Fees may apply once a carrier has been assigned.
8. Carriers
We arrange transport with independent motor carriers who hold their own operating authority and insurance. We check authority and insurance before dispatch.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts recoverable under the carrier's cargo insurance for covered loss or damage. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as rental car costs or lost income, except where law requires otherwise.
10. Communications consent
By submitting a quote form and ticking the agreement box, you agree we may contact you by phone, SMS and email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or telling us.
11. Website use
Website content is for general information. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false requests.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
