This page explains how USA Auto Movers handles your personal information and how our text message (SMS) program works. Please read it before you give us your phone number.

Part 1. SMS program disclosure

1. Who is sending the messages

Text messages are sent by USA Auto Movers, 269 Randolph St, Carteret, NJ 07008, phone (925) 327-9071, email info@usautomoverss.com.

2. What the messages are

If you give us your mobile number, for example by submitting the quote form on usautomoverss.com or by contacting us, we may text you about your request. These messages can include quote information and follow-ups, booking confirmations, pickup and delivery scheduling, driver and dispatch updates, payment reminders and customer support replies. We only send promotional offers if you have separately agreed to receive them.

3. How you give consent

By ticking the agreement box on our quote form and submitting it, or by texting or calling us first, you consent to receive text messages from USA Auto Movers at the number you provided. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any service. You can still request a quote or book a shipment by phone or email.

4. How often you will hear from us

Message frequency varies with your request. Most customers receive a small number of messages for each shipment.

5. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

6. Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts from us. You will get one confirmation message, and then no more.

If you opt out but are in the middle of a shipment, we will still contact you by phone or email about it.

7. Your mobile information is not shared

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number, or your text message opt-in and consent information, with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

8. Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages depend on network coverage and are not guaranteed to arrive instantly or at all.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use our messaging service for anything unlawful, abusive or fraudulent. We may stop messaging a number that is used this way.

Part 2. Privacy policy summary

10. Information we collect

We collect what you give us in the quote and booking process: name, phone number, email, pickup and delivery locations, vehicle details, shipping dates and notes. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site.

11. How we use it

To provide quotes, arrange and manage vehicle transport, contact you about your request by phone, text or email, process payments, handle claims and support, keep the site secure and meet legal requirements.

12. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to complete your shipment with the carrier assigned to your vehicle and with service providers such as payment, email and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information. The full policy is on our Privacy Policy page.

13. Security and retention

We use reasonable measures to protect your information and keep records only as long as needed for service, legal and accounting purposes.

14. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop contact, by emailing info@usautomoverss.com. Residents of states such as California and New Jersey may have additional privacy rights, which we honor on request.
